Garthamlock water tower
The Garthamlock water tower in Glasgow is the largest water tower in the UK, standing at over 50 metres high. Our client required a structural survey and 3D models of the structure.
Our team flew the DJI M300 RTK drone capturing over 1,300 high resolution images of the Tower. Subsequently, the DJI Mini 3 Pro drone was deployed to take images of the underside of the structure.
An interactive 3D model was produced with integrated imagery to allow for desktop analysis. A point cloud was also produced, ready to be imported into CAD.
